Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional cleaning services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at Captain Polewash.

The simple answer is……..Yes. We use purified water to clean the entire window including frames and sills which greatly reduces the chance of any surrounding ‘dirt’ running down your windows. However, if you prefer not to have your windows cleaned when it’s raining, we will happily rearrange.

We offer a ‘Spot Free Guarantee’ so, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your window clean, call us up and we will return to rectify the problem either that day or as soon as possible……….. FREE OF CHARGE!

We will always notify you the day before your windows are due to be cleaned either by text, phone or email. This enables you to decide if you would like your windows cleaning and to ensure you know we will be visiting that day.

No it’s not necessary for you to wait in for us. As long as we have access to both front and back of the house we can complete the service. If you would prefer to be in when we visit, let us know and we can arrange a suitable with you including an estimated time of arrival.

You can pay by either cash, cheque or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will email you an invoice with your own unique reference code and our payment details. Alternatively, we can also leave a slip on the day of the window clean with the detail if that is preferred.
